Whether you order through the website or through Etsy, you will receive an email containing the pattern as a PDF attachment at your paypal email address within 48 hours of your purchase. Occasionally it might take longer in the case of a weekend or long holiday. If your pattern doesn't arrive when you think it should, please check your SPAM or junk mail folder before emailing. Some email programs will automatically put emails containing attachments in those folders.
