Or think that people don\u2019t like to get homemade gifts. Or the one that I worry about- that homemade gifts are too small- like physically small. Is that weird? Anyway, I get it, but I think that if you were to question the majority of people that you are buying gifts for, they will say that handmade means more. And it\u2019s not the size that counts. Every now and then, you\u2019ll have the one person who won\u2019t appreciate a handmade item- to me, that just means you need to change their mind, by showing how the gift was really personalized for them, or tastes so much better, or is of a lot better quality\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>\nI like to sew most of the gifts that I make, but that excludes a lot of people who don\u2019t sew- so I\u2019ve tried to round up a wide variety of gift ideas here so that there\u2019s something for everyone!<\/p>\n<p>\n It\u2019s almost crunch time, so here are a bunch of ideas that don\u2019t take a long time to get ready\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.museofthemorning.com\/blogpics\/lastminute1.jpg\" \/><br \/>\nCheck out this fancy jar of <a href=\"http:\/\/seevanessacraft.com\/2011\/09\/diy-tutorial-lavender-bath-salts-2\/\">Bath Salts<\/a> from See Vanessa Craft!<\/p>\n<p>\nHere are some fun <a href=\"http:\/\/thecottagehome.blogspot.com\/2011\/01\/tile-coaster-tutorial.html\">tile coasters<\/a> from The Cottage Home- I\u2019ve made these before and they are a lot of fun. Try looking at your local ReStore for really inexpensive tiles!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.museofthemorning.com\/blogpics\/lastminute2.jpg\" \/><br \/>\nThese <a href=\"http:\/\/craftingandcreativity.blogspot.com\/2012\/06\/pom-pom-clothespin-magnets-tutorial.html\">Clothespin magnets<\/a> from Crafting and Creativity are really fun and useful. If the poms aren\u2019t your style, here\u2019s a tutorial for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.angryjuliemonday.com\/2011\/12\/13\/glitter-clothespins-tutorial\/\">some with glitter<\/a>, or here\u2019s some with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.creaturecomfortsblog.com\/home\/2010\/6\/2\/diy-fancy-clothespins.html\">scrapbook paper<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\nThese <a href=\"http:\/\/spoonful.com\/crafts\/handy-coasters\">Handy Coasters<\/a> from Spoonful are super cute and would be a great memory of how small your kiddo\u2019s hand was, once.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.museofthemorning.com\/blogpics\/lastminute3.jpg\" \/><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theidearoom.net\/2012\/11\/peppermint-candy-cane-sugar-scrub.html\">Sugar Scrubs<\/a> from The Idea Room are great for your skin, and recipients will think that it takes a lot of work!
