Hand Dyed Fabric

I start with the highest quality 100% Kona Cotton fabric. Then I dye them with professional fiber reactive dyes. I rinse them at least three times, and use a dye fixative and then a special detergent to remove any excess dye. Finally, the colors are set permanently with heat as they are dried. This process creates color fast fabrics that are extremely soft and durable to help you create a project that you’ll love for years to come!

I dye these fabrics in small lots so each colorway is totally unique and they are not repeatable. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!

This listing is for one fat quarter of the fabric shown. This fat quarter measures approximately 17×22 inches. The patterns may vary from piece to piece.

Care and Handling:
Although I wash and rinse the fabrics well to release any excess dye, there might be a small amount left. I recommend washing with dark towels or jeans for the first wash just in case. Always keep hand dyed fabrics out of direct sunlight to avoid fading.

Wash with cold water, cold rinse. Tumble Dry. Iron ok.
