The design works up to be approximately 5.5 inches in diameter, and fits perfectly into a 6 inch hoop for displaying.
I used a back stitch for the lines in the design, and french knots for the dots. I used a variegated thread to stitch it, allowing me to simply stitch stitch stitch and not think about the colors for every line. You should choose the stitches and thread colors that call to you, to make it your own.
