Sun, Moon, and Stars Mobile Hand Sewing Pattern

This sure to be heirloom felt sun, moon, and stars mobile will look lovely hanging from a favorite spot in your home, or over a baby’s bed in the nursery.
The sun is approximately 10 inches in diameter.

Here’s what you’ll need to complete the pattern:
Felt – Eco, Synthetic, Wool Blend or 100% wool felt
~ 2 full 12”x12” sheets of yellow felt for the sun
~ 1 whole sheet or large scrap light blue felt for the moon
~ scraps of dark blue for the star
~ 3 decorative beads of your choice, two large, and one small
Embroidery Floss – cotton embroidery floss in the following colors:
~ yellow embroidery floss that matches the sun color
~ for the embroidery on the sun: red and orange
~ blue embroidery floss that matches the moon color
~ for the embroidery on the moon: light blue, medium blue, and purple that will stand out
from the moon felt color
~dark blue embroidery floss that matches the star color
~ for the embroidery on the star: pink, light blue, and light purple
Stuffing – poly fil or wool stuffing
