Spring is the perfect time to spice up your kicks for a little fun! This is an easy and fun project to do just that!<\/p>\n\n\n

You\u2019ll need:
\u2013 a pair of basic cloth sneakers
\u2013 acrylic paints
\u2013 a couple of pencils with erasers<\/p>\n\n\n

To get started, squeeze a little of each acrylic paint color onto a small dish. I really like Liquitex Basics<\/a> for painting with kids. They\u2019re the perfect thickness, and will last a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n

Use a pencil eraser for each color to \u201cstamp\u201d the polka-dots onto the shoes.<\/p>\n\n\n

Concentrate really hard while you\u2019re working. (Isn\u2019t she adorable?)<\/p>\n\n\n

Let the shoes dry before wearing.<\/p>\n\n\n

Toss the shoes in the dryer for about 20 minutes and the color will be permanent. That is the beauty of acrylic paints!<\/p>\n\n\n
