Are you ever out somewhere doing some embroidery and you can\u2019t remember a certain stitch and you kind of need to know right now, but all your embroidery books are at home? This happens to me all the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve got a solution for you. This is my binder ring booklet. It\u2019s a FREE printable that I created. (P.S. this used to be found on three separate pages on the blog, but I\u2019ve combined them all into this single page)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I really want something that reminds me of the different types of stitches that I could do, and how to do them, but is small enough to fit in my embroidery bag. I already have Stitch Sampler<\/a> by Lucinda Ganderton- this book is the best embroidery stitch book that I have come across. But it\u2019s still book sized. It won\u2019t fit in my purse or embroidery bag, it\u2019s pretty bulky (even though it is less bulky than other books!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Included Embroidery Stitches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On page 1, you\u2019ll find a cover, plus these stitches:
\u2013 running stitch
\u2013 back stitch
\u2013 stem stitch
\u2013 blanket stitch<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On page 2, you\u2019ll find these stitches:
~ french knots
~ feather stitch
~ straight stitch
~ chain stitch
~ detached chain stitch<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On page 3, you\u2019ll find these stitches:
~ star eyelet stitch
~ fern stitch
~ wheat ear stitch
~ herringbone stitch
~ closed blanket stitch<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s a total of 14 commonly used stitches!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions for the Freebie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Print out the free PDF printable<\/a> onto 90lb cardstock<\/a>. It\u2019s 3 pages long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laminate all three pages for durability. (Here\u2019s the laminator<\/a> and laminating pouches<\/a> I like to use!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cut out the individual pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Punch a hole at the top of each page with a hole punch<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Put all the pages onto a binder ring<\/a> and you\u2019re ready to stitch on the go!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
