Do you know who Krampus is?

He’s the hoofed and horned creature who follows St. Nicolas, punishing misbehaving children.

But you don’t have to be naughty to make your very own Krampus Stuffie! You can get started with this hand sewing pattern.

This pattern uses wool felt, cotton embroidery floss, and wool stuffing to create a realistic Krampus doll that looks like it just stepped off the pages of a children’s book—complete with embroidered fur details, articulated horns, a removable basket on his back to fill with switches—and even his tongue hanging out! You’ll be able to add texture with embroidery elements as well as create realistic features like beady eyes and sharp teeth. This pattern is perfect for intermediate to advanced sewists who want something special for their next project.
